1 | Initial contact

When you first make contact, it is usually best to send a picture of your item or project. This helps me visualise the piece and deduce much about what work needs to be done. You can send a picture by email, phone or I can visit in person.
From this initial contact I can give you an initial estimate of the cost of the project.

2 | Design and Estimate

If you are happy with the estimate, then we move onto a detailed design.
With most projects I assist the customer with fabric selection, advising on colour, style and suitability. I will arrange for samples to be sent to you and guide you through the selection process.
We can do this in person, by telephone, video call, email or message, whatever works for you.

3 | Estimate Acceptance

Once you are happy with the estimate I will invoice for the cost of fabric and trims and 20% of the labour cost. The deposit secures a place in the diary.
At the scheduled date we will arrange for the collection or drop off.

4 | Completion

Once I have completed your project, I will be in touch, hopefully with pictures, to arrange delivery or collection. I will send an invoice for the balance which is to be paid on delivery.
